Senior social worker supervisor at Caritas Hong Kong
Registered social worker, earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Brigham Young University–Hawaii and a Master of Arts in social work, specializing in family-centered practice and family therapy, from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Following the completion of his master’s degree, he pursued further studies in family therapy and obtained clinical fellow status from the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, Mr. Lee works as the senior social worker supervisor at Caritas Hong Kong, where he oversees a team of 42 individuals and develops programs focused on four key themes: marriage enrichment; parenting strategies and parent education; personal growth and mental health; and volunteer training to benefit the community. With over 20 years of experience, he has been actively involved in family counseling, pre-marital counseling, and marriage enrichment activities, while also providing emotional counseling and parenting discipline for those in need. In addition to his direct counseling work, Mr. Lee has previously supervised intern students and conducted lectures and group training sessions for community organizations. He is a certified facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® method and materials, a Personality Dimensions facilitator (Level 1), and a certified trainer for Personality Dimensions (Level 2). Furthermore, he is a certified administrator of the MMTIC child and adolescent personality type assessment from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT) in the United States; a recognized practitioner of the Majors Personality Type Elements and Majors Personality Type Instrument in Canada; a certified Prepare/Enrich counselor; and a certified analyst of the T-JTA® personality assessment. Mr. Lee consistently utilizes various personality analyses in parenting, including Personality Insights, child and adolescent personality types, and child temperament theory. These approaches enhance parents' understanding and tolerance of their children, thereby strengthening parent-child relationships.

李冠康為註冊社工,擁有豐富的家庭輔導與社區服務經驗,深耕社工專業逾二十年。他畢業於楊百翰大學夏威夷校區,獲得社會工作學士學位,隨後於香港理工大學取得社會工作文學碩士學位,主修以家庭為本的實務與家庭治療。完成碩士課程後,他持續進修,並獲得美國婚姻與家庭治療協會(AAMFT)頒發的臨床會員資格。
目前,李冠康先生於香港明愛擔任高級社工督導,領導一支由42位成員組成的團隊,致力於規劃與推動四大核心服務範疇:婚姻成長、親職教育與教養策略、個人成長與心理健康,以及義工訓練,為社區帶來全面的支援與關懷。
李先生擅長家庭輔導、婚前輔導與婚姻成長活動,並長期提供情緒支援與親職教養指導,致力於協助家庭面對與克服生活挑戰,提升家庭功能。
