Ivy Man serves as the principal of Sunkids Kindergarten and Preschool, where she leads with a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young learners. She holds a postgraduate diploma in education in early childhood (with distinction) from the Education University of Hong Kong, a Master of Arts in theatre and film from Brigham Young University, a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in hospitality and tourism management with a minor in theatre from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
Her diverse academic background equips her with a unique perspective, blending creativity and pedagogical expertise to create an enriching environment for children.
Since establishing Sunkids Kindergarten in February 2008, Man has transformed the institution into a vibrant hub of learning and discovery. Her leadership is driven by a deep passion for early childhood education and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child. Under her guidance, Sunkids has grown from modest beginnings into a thriving community where joy, positivity and exploration define the educational experience.
Man’s vision for Sunkids is rooted in creating a nurturing space that celebrates each child’s individuality while fostering a love for learning. Her dedication to cultivating a harmonious and inclusive environment ensures that every student is empowered to shine brightly—laying a strong foundation for their future and contributing to a global community built on compassion and curiosity.

學士（主修旅遊與酒店管理、副修戲劇，楊百翰大學夏威夷校區，1992年）、理學碩士、教育碩士
文敬群女士現任加州天地幼稚園暨幼兒園的創辦人兼校長，以深切的教育熱忱致力於啟發幼兒的成長與潛能。她擁有堅實且多元的學術背景，畢業於楊百翰大學夏威夷分校（主修旅遊與酒店管理、副修戲劇），並分別於美國鳳凰城大學獲得教育碩士學位、於楊百翰大學獲得戲劇與電影碩士學位，另持有香港教育大學頒授之幼兒教育深造文憑（優異成績畢業）。她豐富的學術與藝術訓練使她能將創意與教學專業結合，為兒童打造一個充滿啟發與活力的學習環境。
自 2008 年 2 月創辦加州天地幼稚園以來，文校長持續帶領學校成長，將其由一所初創機構發展為充滿生氣與探索精神的教育社群。她對幼兒教育的熱情與對每位孩 子無限潛能的堅信，是推動學校前行的重要動力。她領導下的加州天地成為一個以喜悅、正向與探索為核心價值的學習園地。
