Dr. Hok On (Angus) Chan is a leading figure in educational publishing and innovation in Asia. He has held senior leadership roles in major publishing houses in Hong Kong and Singapore, including New Asia Publishing House (Times Publishing Group), Educational Publishing Ltd. (Popular Group), and Modern Educational Research Society Ltd.
With a passion for connecting education with real-world innovation, Dr. Chan has served as an advisor to Hong Kong Education City and as honorary director of the Fung Kai Innovative School, the first Microsoft Future School in Asia.
He is the author of 16 published works, covering topics such as thinking strategies, parental education, youth development, and moral storytelling. He is also the founder of two impactful organizations: the Hong Kong Learning Activity Promotion Society and the STEM Hands-on Alliance, whose members include Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park, LEGO, China Mobile Hong Kong, and several leading tech firms in mainland China.
As a returned mission president, education leader, and father, Dr. Chan brings unique insights into preparing the rising generation to be thoughtful, values-driven, and AI-ready.

陳鶴安博士是亞洲教育出版與創新領域的領軍人物，曾在香港與新加坡多家著名出版機構擔任高級管理職務，包括新亞出版社（時代出版集團）、教育圖書公司（大眾集團）及現代教育研究社有限公司，對教育與出版業有深厚的洞察與實務經驗。
他熱衷於將教育與現實世界的創新緊密結合，曾擔任香港教育城顧問，並出任亞洲首間微軟未來學校——鳳溪創新學校的名譽校監，推動前瞻性教育發展。
陳博士著作豐富，已出版16本著作，主題涵蓋思維策略、親職教育、青少年發展及品德故事等領域，深受教育界與家長推崇。
他亦創立了兩個極具影響力的教育組織：香港學習活動促進會與 STEM Hands-on Alliance。該聯盟成員包括香港迪士尼樂園、海洋公園、LEGO、香港中國移動以及多家中國內地 領先科技企業，共同推動實踐式、創新型教育。
