Ryanna Leslie grew up in the heart of rural Saskatchewan, Canada. She is a driven student and creative professional pursuing a business management degree with a marketing emphasis at Brigham Young University–Hawaii, along with minors in Pacific island studies, entrepreneurship, and biology. She loves bringing ideas to life through skilled storytelling, effective writing, and creative design. She thrives on inspiring and connecting with others.

Active in Campus Life and Leadership

Her roots in the small town of Eatonia, Saskatchewan, instilled in Ryanna a strong sense of hard work, resilience, and a deep connection to community. With a drive to learn and improve, she approaches her education as both a challenge and an opportunity to grow into a well-rounded professional. On campus, Ryanna loves getting involved. With experience as the 2024 vice president of the Culinary Club and as a lead competitor in Willis Center Entrepreneurship events, such as "The Great Ideas" and "Empower Your Dreams."

Professional Experience

Ryanna is passionate about people. Whether writing for diverse audiences, creating engaging content, or brightening someone’s day, she puts her heart into it. As project lead at the Willis Center for business consulting, she managed client communications and project proposals. Her experience as a waitress at Hale Aloha, within the Polynesian Cultural Center, further developed her adaptability and relationship-building skills. Together, these roles demonstrate her strength in engaging audiences and conveying messages in any environment.
