BYU–Hawaii 70th Anniversary Celebration

Celebrate BYU–Hawaii's 70th anniversary with students, alumni, employees, family, and friends.

BYU–Hawaii turns 70 years old! After its beginnings as Church College of Hawaii, the university has come a long way through the years. This celebration will highlight and honor the university's rich history, cherished traditions, and enduring mission to prepare students to become lifelong learners, leaders, and builders of their communities.

With the registration fee of $40, participants will receive a t-shirt, lanyard, pin, tote bag, and full access to all anniversary events. Last day to register is Monday, February 3, 2025.

Polynesian Cultural Center

Discounted tickets to the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) will be available from February 10–13, during BYUH’s 70th-anniversary celebration. To claim your discount, you must:

  1. Visit the PCC box office in person (phone reservations will not be accepted).
  2. Present your BYUH 70th-anniversary name tag.

Note: Registration for the 70th-anniversary event is required to qualify for the discounts.

Discounted Ticket Prices:

  • $5 for entrance to the villages
  • $10 for the "Hā: Breath of Life" show
  • 50% off all PCC packages

Attire

Aloha attire or business casual is appropriate for campus events. Please ensure your clothing meets dress standards.
