楊百翰大學夏威夷校區學生
唐婉婷（Joy Tang）是楊百翰大學夏威夷校區（BYU–Hawaii）即將畢業的學生，主修行銷，並輔修創意寫作、戲劇與自然科學。她出生於中國，在加拿大長大，能說四種語言，並擁有國際化的視野；在加州奧克蘭—舊金山傳道期間，她還學會了廣東話。
作為BYU–Hawaii策略團隊的學生負責人，Joy直接與校長辦公室幕僚長Scott Stiles合作，協助找出部門運作中的低效環節，並將其重新調整以對齊學校使命。她領導一支橫跨亞太地區7個國家的10人國際團隊，展現出卓越的領導能力與策略眼光。目前，她在中國廣州實習，協助一家中國公司開拓加拿大市場，提供品牌與商業策略的顧問建議。
Joy曾參與社群媒體策略、銷售數據分析及新創產品測試等實習工作。她具有創業精神，在疫情期間創辦了法語家教自由接案服務，並創立了一家水耕種植新創公司，該公司榮獲BYU–Hawaii「Empower Your Dreams」創業競賽第三名。
未來，Joy希望在香港尋求顧問與行銷方面的工作機會，結合她的跨文化經驗與對策略創新的熱情，持續發揮影響力。
BYU–Hawaii Student
Joy Tang is an extroverted senior at BYU–Hawaii, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Creative Writing, Theatre, and Natural Sciences. Born in China and raised in Canada, she speaks four languages and has embraced a global perspective, including learning Cantonese during her full-time mission in California’s Oakland-San Francisco area.
As the Student Lead of the Strategy Team at BYU–Hawaii, Joy works directly with the Chief of Staff of the University Scott Stiles to identify departmental inefficiencies and realign operations with the university’s mission. She is managing a high performing 10-member international team across 7 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently interning in Guangzhou, China, she is helping a Chinese company launch a subsidiary in the Canadian market, advising on branding and business strategy.
Joy’s background includes internships in social media strategy, sales data analytics, and startup beta testing. An entrepreneur at heart, she founded a freelance French tutoring service during COVID and has also launched a hydroponics startup that earned 3rd place in BYU–Hawaii’s Empower Your Dreams competition.
Moving forward, Joy is seeking opportunities in consulting and marketing in Hong Kong to leverage her cross-cultural experience and passion for strategic innovation.
