Transitioning into customer service at I Energizer, Arun excelled in managing web-based inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and addressing customer concerns related to products, services, and career opportunities. His experience in the retail industry as a sales associate at Levi's further honed his customer service skills, where he efficiently processed transactions, managed inventory, and contributed to creating a positive work environment.

Arun's time at BYU–Hawaii has seen him take on various roles, including working as a server at the Polynesian Cultural Center, where he ensured guest satisfaction through exceptional service. Currently, he is gaining hands-on experience in Facilities Management at BYU–Hawaii, where he handles work orders, conducts repairs, and ensures proper documentation for record-keeping.
