Nathaniel Hansen
Alumni Spotlight: Nathaniel Hansen
Nathaniel Hansen[ICS-Humanities 01’] is now working as a filmmaker and producer based in Boston, MA. Last year he was the Fall Semester academic keynote lecturer and showed his film "The Elders" on campus during November 2011 BYU–Hawaii prepared Nathan in so many different ways for his future career and accomplishments. In 1998 he met a friend of a friend, Felicity Salmon, a talented musician and theater student. They found themselves involved in the same activities (in the choir and in work with Dr. Ferre). They became close friends and shared many good memories at BYU–Hawaii. After two years of dating they were eventually married. When Nathan thinks about what things he gained from BYU–Hawaii, Felicity is at the top of the list. He says, “She's the best thing that's ever happened to me, and if I am worth...
